SERVICES

This serves as a contract between us the service provider and you our client.

It is the customers responsibility

• To ensure access to the motor home vehicle (MH) is safe and all permissions to park the MM and for us to carry out works on the vehicle have been granted.

• To ensure there is enough access for us to be able to carry out the works to your vehicle.

• Equine transport vehicles, Longboats, RV's, prices can only be given as "from" due to the vehicle size and battery differences.

• Please ensure you inform us if you wish for PVC mounted solar panel brackets, as we prefer to use our own reliable mounting brackets. These will change the cost.

• On any installation we provide, there may/may not be a need to drill holes into the exterior of your vehicle.

Our responsibility -​

• To ensure the booking is correct and agreed prior to works being undertaken and date of the start of work is confirmed with an expected finish date.​

• In some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, work undertaken may run over schedule. We will ensure the works carried out will be completed as timely as possible if this does occur.​

• All our installations are covered on a 12 month warranty, on products that we have supplied.​

• All your personnel contact information is kept confidential and that we operate according to GDPR regulations.

• In certain cases we will undertake an assessment before any work is carried out to ensure there are no prior faults. We will report them to you, the customer, in advance of starting work.

  • If you then wish for us to help repair, replace the fault, you agree to cover any additional costs and it is not inclusive, but separate to the already agreed price.​

• On completion of the job, we will carry out a walk through, talk through with you and all additional information about your products is handed over.

Call out charges do apply, calculated by proximity.

By instructing us, you are agreeing to pay a non-refundable deposit prior to work commencing, with the remaining balance paid upon completion, without delay.

Once deposit has been received you agree to uphold the contract detailed in the terms & conditions.

• Should there be a contract breach, we will begin the process to recover monies owed reasonably and we will if necessary take legal action to recover our fees and that you agree to pay our legal expenses.​

  • We will act reasonably and will make three attempts to contact you to recover any outstanding payment.​​​

It is your right to cancel the works at anytime, however, we will require payment for the works undertaken and the costs of materials used from the start of the work up to that point and we reserve the right to take back our products.​
